  • Guidelines for new applicants at "NOVABIZ GLOBAL MARKETING PRIVATE LIMITED":-
  • This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
  • If the Applicant is Partnership firm/ Private Ltd. Company, then the applicant has to provide all necessary document pertaining to firm/company during the registration membership.
  • For joining as an Independent Direct Seller of the Firm, the applicant must have to be an Indian citizen over 18 years of age and submit full KYC. Since, joining process is completely free according to the Direct Selling Guidelines of Govt. of India; the applicant doesn’t require to make any payment for joining. Any payment made in favor of the company must be in exchange of Goods or Services provided by the company. Mode of payment can be anyone among CHEQUE / DEMAMD DRAFT / NEFT / RTGS / NET-BANKING / UPI or any other authorized by the Govt. of India except cash payment.
  • If anybody makes any payment in cash, it will be at his/her own risk and under no circumstances the company will be answerable to such unauthorized cash payment.
  • The member will be eligible for incentives or income only as per the volume of business done by him that is also subject to the eligibility norms to the Direct Seller on only his/her joining the Firm.
  • The Independent Direct Seller will not be an agent or employee of the Firm. His/her position being so, he/she cannot bind the Firm in any authority to bind the Firm or to r speak on behalf of the Firm.
  • The Firm will approve the membership by issuing of official receipt and an online registration, which will carry the password and an identification number know as “Member ID” generated by Firm. This password and Member ID used for all his/her transaction and correspondence with the Firm. The Member ID once generate cannot be altered at any point of time.
  • The Firm will, in no case, entertain any communication without Member ID.
  • TDS will be deducted as formulated by the Indian Government.
  • In case of Membership in name of Partnership firm, the Partnership will firm have to submit partnership deeds and relevant document.
  • The Direct Seller shall bear true faith and all commitment to the Firm and shall uphold the integrity and decorum of the Firm and shall maintain good relation with other Direct Seller.
  • The Direct Seller shall always behave and act in a dignified manner befitting the status of a member of a reputed and leading network marketing Firm of the country.
  • The Direct Seller shall not compel or induce or mislead any person with any false statement / promise to join in the Firm as a member.
  • The Firm will not be answerable for any promise, assurance given by any Direct Seller to any person, unless it is in accordance with the approved business plan and terms. Hence the applicant shall go through the website "http://novabizbusiness.com/" and the brochures and notices issued by the Firm. Any person or direct seller can collect full information from the company’s website.
  • The Applicant / Direct Seller shall ensure that all the information furnished to the Firm is correct and property entered. Any request regarding correction to the information furnished by the Direct Seller/Direct selling associate will not be entertained; especially, any changes in SPONSOR ID and PLACEMENT ID.
  • Firm reserves the right to reject any membership / applicant at its own discretion at any point of time.
  • The Firm reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions. products, its prices, offers, schemes, business and policies, giving prior notice through its website "http://novabizbusiness.com/" binding on all Direct Selling associates of the Firm.
  • The terms and conditions within above mentioned shall be governed in accordance with the law in force in the territories of India. Disputes, if any arise, shall be sub exclusive jurisdiction of the DELHI.
  • If any dispute of difference arises between the parties here of touching the business of interpretation of any terms and condition or as to incentives, income etc. related to business of the Firm, the same shall be referred to arbitration and the arbitration shall be governed by the Arbitration And Conciliation Act. 2010
  • The member has to provide all correct information in the membership form. Like, The mobile Number mentioned should be in working condition and if it is found during verification that number mentioned in the form is false / non working condition or any other detail filled up in the membership form is not true, the application will be rejected and membership will be forfeited with immediate effect.
